Dear Family Member of Returning Student:
If your student is returning for the Fall semester and wishes to waive the Student Health Insurance charge listed on their Fall 2016 tuition statement,
please instruct them to do so now via Canelink under ?Other Important Links? so that the
$2513.00
will be removed from your student?s canelink account. Alternatively, parents can sign up for proxy access by visiting:
miami.edu/erpupk/delegate/StudentGuide_ProxyAccess.pdf
If you or your student have already completed the waiver, thank you for doing so.
Students who waive the University sponsored insurance must upload a copy of their insurance card to mystudenthealth.miami.edu.
Please remember that waivers must be renewed each fall semester.
