*note: on August there are 2 bank statements because we switched the Business Bank Account from Citibank to TD Bank
- Expenses paid from Personal Bank Account with its respective descriptions in an Excel file (*flight tickets in brazilian currency)
- Number of days that the property was used for personal purposes during 2016: 118 days
Jan 1st - Feb 14th: 14 days | Reason: Small reform on the apt's columns + Tailored furniture installation
Jun 11th - Sep 9th: 91 days | Reason: Tailored furniture repairs + Painting + Annual Report Payment
* Giovanna stayed from Jun 11th - Aug 29th
*Fabio stayed from Aug 27th - Sep 9th
Nov 21st - Dec 3rd: 13 days | Reason: Business Account changes + Apt's maintenance
My father is planning to be in Miami from Aug 14th through Sep 9th, so he can sign the Tax Report. Thus, it would be more convenient to have everything set up (all the documentation needed) by at least Aug 10th.
