We need your vote! =)

The association is asking  for all owners to cast their vote to amend the condominium documents on the below subjects: please call me for any questions  you have regarding the attached.

You may pass by the office and cast your vote or you may complete the attached and email back.

We need owner?s vote before October 31.

I have attached the voting package, voting is regarding the below:

1.To amend so that only units owners are allowed to have pets.

2. For renting of units  only twice a year or once a year (at least minimum of 6 months).

3. For the board to have the right to approve or deny a tenant (as there have been problematic tenants in the past that have been transferred from unit to unit)

this gives the board the right to approve or disapprove a tenant.

I ask that you please vote. If a company owns the unit that the authorized person completes the proxy and ballot.
