NOTE: You agreed to following Terms & Conditions.
PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT & E-SIGN DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT Please review the terms and conditions below and scroll to the bottom to accept the terms and conditions. CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY CONTAIN
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLICKING ON THE "ACTIVATE" BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS PROMISSORY NOTE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF
THE TERMS OF THIS PROMISSORY NOTE, LEAVE THIS WEBSITE. INTRODUCTION: University of Miami ("Institution") has contracted with Flywire Payments Corporation ("OnPlanU") to provide payment processing services for charges on your student account. As the responsible
party (?Responsible Party?), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Payment Plan Agreement ("Agreement") until the total amount owed to the Institution (and OnPlanU, if applicable) is paid in full. AUTHORIZATION: You authorize OnPlanU to process
payments and fees from the account provided or any subsequent account provided. Your authorization will terminate when the total balance due has been paid (including applicable fees). You may revoke this authorization by contacting OnPlanU. Upon receipt of
your revocation, OnPlanU will immediately terminate this Agreement; however, this in no way affects your obligation to pay the Institution. In addition, you will be charged another nonrefundable participation fee (see below) if you need to begin a new agreement.
PARTICIPATION FEE: A nonrefundable 3% participation fee of the payment plan amount will be charged when you enroll in the Plan. Fees are subject to change in future academic years without notice. The nonrefundable participation fee will be processed when your
Agreement is posted to the OnPlanU system upon acceptance by you. PAYMENT METHOD: Once enrolled, you may change your account profile (i.e., your account number or type) online any time before 4:00 AM Eastern / 3:00 AM Central Time on your payment due date.
SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATE: Payments will be automatically deducted from your designated checking, savings or charged to your credit card on the posted due date in accordance with the automatic payments authorization ("Auto Pay Authorization") that you provide.
Such Auto Pay Authorization is required at the time of your enrollment in the Plan. Your financial institution determines the day and time the payment is deducted from your account. You may withdraw your authorization and cancel deductions for automatic payments
by updating your information in CaneLink. If you choose to cancel deductions, all amounts owed to Institution will be due immediately per the published deadlines for the semester. If those deadlines have passed, payment in full is due immediately. FAILED SCHEDULED
PAYMENTS: If a scheduled monthly payment fails (i.e., your ACH payment is returned or your credit card is declined), your Institution's Terms and Conditions set forth below determine how that failed payment is handled. In the event of a failed scheduled payment,
you will be notified of your Institution's response via e-mail. FAILED SCHEDULED PAYMENT PENALTY FEE: ACH scheduled payments that fail due to insufficient funds will be subject to a failed payment penalty fee. The penalty fee will be processed when OnPlanU
receives notification of a failed payment. Unpaid penalty fees may preclude your re-enrollment into a payment plan in the future. STUDENT CHANGES: If you are not the student, you acknowledge that the student may make changes to his or her class schedule or
activities and you agree to be bound changes in charges that result by any such changes. DISCOVERY OF SUSPECTED ERRORS: If you discover what you believe to be an error made by OnPlanU or the Institution, you must report the suspected error to the Institution
immediately. The Institution must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after the suspected error occurred. This obligates you to review your bank statements and respond to company letters, e-mails, or phone calls in a timely fashion. It is your responsibility
to report suspected errors as soon as possible. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: You acknowledge that the origination of transactions to your account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES: This Agreement should in no way be construed
to be a lender-borrower agreement between you and OnPlanU, or you and the Institution. GOVERNING LAW: Any disputes as to amounts due to the Institution shall be directed to the Institution and shall be subject to the laws of the State of Florida without regard
to its choice of law provisions. The filing of any claims involving the Institution or any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be made in either the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. PRIVACY AND SECURITY: Data collected
and stored by OnPlanU pursuant to this Agreement is governed by all applicable data privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and regulations promulgated under the Act and by the Institution's Privacy Policy.
This data will not be used by OnPlanU in any manner not approved by the Institution unless required by law (for example, a court order or subpoena). Access to the data shall be restricted to authorized associates and shall be used only for the purpose of providing
service to you or the Institution. OnPlanU maintains physical, procedural, and electronic safeguards to protect data from being accessed by unauthorized third parties. The OnPlanU privacy policy will govern use of your information only in the event that you
request additional services directly from OnPlanU. SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING FINANCIAL AID: Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if you receive financial aid or a class is added or dropped. You should review your Agreement balance
online or contact the Institution's Office of Student Account Services at mpp.osas@miami.edu to confirm any change. CONTACT: If I provide a cell phone number, I authorize Institution and its agents to contact me at that number and/or at any other cellular
telephone number or wireless communication service I provide in the future, using automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages, or personal calls, regarding my obligation to repay any debt I owe to Institution resulting
from my registration. If I provide Institution with an email address, I authorize Institution and its agents to contact me at that email address and/or at any other email address I provide in the future, regarding my obligation to repay any debt I owe to Institution
resulting from my registration. I understand that others may be able to access my messages and/or my emails, and their content, which may include information regarding my debt and its status. I agree that I am giving these authorizations voluntarily, and that
my doing so is not a condition to my obtaining a student loan or any other service. I understand that if I want to revoke this authorization to contact me at the cell phone numbers and/or email addresses I provide, I will do so only by written email notification
to mpp.osas@miami.edu. SUMMARY OF AGREEMENT PROVISIONS Number of Reattempts - 1 This is the number of times a payment may be rescheduled if a payment fails. Failed Scheduled Payment Fee - $25.00 This is the fee that will be assessed to your account if an ACH

FAILED PAYMENT AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS: Once a successful enrollment payment is made, any scheduled payment that fails may result in the termination of this Agreement. You may be un-enrolled from the payment plan and the balance of unpaid scheduled payments
will be due directly to the Institution for collection. In the Institution's sole discretion, the Institution may incorporate a failed scheduled payment into a newly rebalanced payment plan schedule in lieu of termination. PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS AND RE-BALANCING
OF PAYMENT AMOUNTS: You can enroll in a Semester plan, each semester, which can range from four (4) to three (3) months. As the final monthly scheduled payment amount is rarely known when one begins a payment plan, there most likely will be one or more estimated
payment amounts. An estimated payment amount can be recalculated online a few times before a final consistent payment amount is reached. When the total due in the Institution's student information system exceeds the total of the remaining payment plan scheduled
amounts, the Responsible Party, the Institution, or OnPlanU will re-balance, examining the current total amount one owes from the Institution's student information system to recalculate even monthly payments through the end of the payment plan term. AMOUNTS
DUE TO INSTITUTION: Where a Responsible Party has electronically registered for classes at the Institution, Responsible Party agreed to a promissory note during the electronic registration process. The Responsible Party hereby acknowledges and agrees to be
responsible for the full amount due as evidenced by such promissory note. In the event that this Agreement is terminated, the Institution has the right to demand payment in full of the total amount due under the promissory note. AMOUNTS DUE TO OnPlanU: Amounts
due and owing to OnPlanU (i.e., enrollment fee, failed payment penalty fee, and if applicable, service charge fee), under the terms of this Agreement are separate and additional to the amounts due and owing to the Institution. Any disputes as to amounts due
to OnPlanU shall be directed to OnPlanU and shall be subject to OnPlanU's Terms and Conditions. All fees and costs set forth the OnPlanU Terms and Conditions are in addition to those set forth in the Promissory Note. CONFIRMATION: The following communications
are available to assist with your management of this Agreement. All communication will be via email to the student and all delegates the student has designated (?Delegates?). Student emails will be sent to the official email account at the Institution. Delegate
emails will be sent to the address(es) established in CaneLink: - Payment Plan Setup: After you select a payment plan, you will have the opportunity to print the scheduled payment information. - Payment Plan Agreement: You are asked to agree to the payment
plan terms and conditions and are encouraged to print out this Agreement. - Pre-rebalancing - email: OnPlanU will notify you that your plan will be rebalanced to reflect the actual activity on the student account. - Balance Due Update - email: When the total
due on the Institution's student information system exceeds the total of the remaining payment plan scheduled amounts. You will be notified of the new amount and asked to either pay it in full or add it to your payment plan. - Scheduled Payment - email: OnPlanU
will notify you five (5) days before your next payment date. - Successful Payment Processed - email: OnPlanU will notify you the day they process your scheduled payment or failed payment penalty fee. - Failed Payment - email: OnPlanU will notify you the day
they receive a failure notice on your scheduled payment or failed payment penalty fee. - You may receive a notice of cancellation of this Agreement if any payment is unsuccessful. Any payment plan questions can be directed to the Office of Student Account
