Dear Residents,

The board of directors and management team have been working together to find a solution for the carpets on all hallway floors. Although the carpets have been professionally cleaned, the issue of tough stains and odors remain. As a result, various proposals were sourced for carpet replacement.

After detailed review and careful consideration of all bids, Don Bailey's was chosen for the project. Don Bailey's is a locally owned and operated family business who are reputable, professional, and reasonable. However, replacing the carpets will depend on all owner's participation. WE NEED YOUR VOTE!!! Without the vote, the carpets cannot be changed.

The installation of carpet on the 32nd floor was completed as of yesterday. See image attached.

All owners are urged to review the documents within the packet, fill out the Limited Proxy and return to management prior to the meeting. If you need assistance filling out the Limited Proxy &/or Certificate of Appointing of Voting Member, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are an owner who does not reside within the building, please fill out the Substitution of Proxy portion and 'Appointing of Voting Member'.

The Special Meeting of the Members will be in the Association's Lounge Room, located at 999 SW 1 ^st Ave., Miami, Florida 33130 on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 4:00 PM.
