Dear Residents,
During such turbulent times, it is CRITICAL that not only personal hygiene be a priority, but the hygiene of all pets as well. Many residents are leaving dog excrement in the dog run despite there being complimentary bags and receptacle. Not only is this act in violation of the Condominium Documents & City of Miami Ordinance, but it is inconsiderate and above all unsanitary. It is a proven fact that dog waste can contain 23 million fecal coliform bacteria, which are known to cause cramps, diarrhea, intestinal illness, and serious kidney disorders in humans.
Additionally, it has been brought to our attention that residents have made habit of using the hallway as a play area for their pets, as well as having pets/animals unleased. This act is in violation of the Condominium Documents as well as City of Miami Ordinance: Code 1967, § 5-2; Code 1980, § 6-2 and Florida Statue F.S. § 588.12 et seq.
As a reminder, please see below for community rules regarding pets/animals:
This email will serve as first and final warning for all residents. If contravention of the above listed is observed, residents will be fined $100.00 per violation.
Please help in keeping your community clean and sanitary.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Kind Regards,
Nine Management
