Please review the return ,filing positions, general information ( Name, Address, etc.)  before signing to ensure there are no omissions or misstatements.

If everything is ok , please sign the enclosed forms where is indicated in yellow in each document attached. After you signed the enclosed forms , please send back to us via email. These forms authorize us file the return on your behalf.

As previous years, we have used our address for tax return purposes

Tax:

• The Tax Return results in $0 balance due
• The password to open the tax return and forms enclosed is the EIN of the entity

Filing:

• The Due date of the return is October 15, 2020 ( including extension) .  We will file your  return as soon as we receive the signature pages, and approval from you

Correspondence from Tax Authorities: 

• if you receive any correspondence concerning the tax return do not be alarmed. Please forward us any correspondence you receive concerning the return for our review.
