Elenice is no longer working with our firm, but I am the attorney in charge of this file. As you know the BVI entity Wond3rful Investments Inc. is the sole shareholder of Harbour 7 Investments Corp which owns an apartment in Miami. Therefore,
you will need to maintain the BVI entity as long as you own the unit through the Florida entity. The BVI entity will need to be in good standing in order to sell the unit. If you want to explore the possibility of liquidating the BVI and transferring the
shares into your own name, I advise you consult with your accountant who should be filing Harbour 7 Investments annual corporate tax returns to determine if this will have a taxable effect based on the fair market value of the unit.

Até o momento não recebi nenhum email sobre a anuidade da Wond3rful Investments.
Bem, a situação aqui está bem complicada e o mercado recuou muito e o câmbio beirando os R$ 6,00, tornam a situação quase impraticável.
Me desculpe mas não tenho como ter custos adicionais com a OffShore BVI.
Peço que cheque esse assunto abaixo e não tenho interesse em atualizar meu ranking ou tal da BVI... não preciso disso... não no momento.
Fico no aguardo de instruções.
