I hope you are doing well. I wanted to get back to you about our last conversation and my career expectations at World Fuel Services.
It would be a pleasure to keep on working with Avi and keep on developing myself and the company as a full stack developer, with focus on big data analytics. I did asked you about requirements for level II Software Developer
since I believe my current job tasks already match level II tasks according to what I researched on my end.
- design and develop software applications with end-to-end automation
- performs scoping, planning, coding, documentation, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance through the application development
- understand customer needs and prioritize the application development to increase customer satisfaction
- experience with most common API calls used on the product development
- development and support of production environments
- advanced data manipulation and database management using SQL
- drive personal initiatives to help company achieve its business goals
- provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance, and scalability
I would also like to talk about the possibility of WFS sponsoring me. Not needing to worry about finding new ways to maintain myself in the US to be able to keep working for WFS would be an enormous advantage for both the company and
I. I would be able to focus myself and devote my time completely to the company and its needs/improvement, without losing focus due to immigration issues.
Initial Draft for Post-Graduation (May, 2021):
- H1B VISA (or any other way so that I can focus and devote myself completely to the job)
- Software Developer II
As to desirable salary: I believe 90k if H1B VISA makes sense to the company, and 100k if it does not
Also attaching my latest resume for further reference.
Please let me know about it,
