Just to give you a brief summary of my situation:

I have recently graduated from UM in May 2020, and I have been working in a Marketing position for a health insurance company for about 2 years. As I approach the end of my 1 year Optional Practical Training (F-1's OPT), my current employer is willing to sponsor my visa. So far, the L-1 and the H-1 were the main options discussed. Aside from that, I have also been applying to a few STEM Master Programs, to play safe and have a plan B.
