Dear Sir or Madam,

Enclosed is our annual maintenance invoice for 2021 for the above referenced entity.

PLEASE DISREGARD IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT YOUR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PAYMENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WIRE INFORMATION/BANK ACCOUNT HAS CHANGED. THE CURRENT INFORMATION IS LISTED ON THE INVOICE.

Should there be any changes to the Officers (President, Secretary, etc.) /Directors or Managers/Members of the entity, please use the attached form and email the changes to corpchanges@rsmiami.com or contact your attorney at R&S in order for them to prepare the appropriate resolutions. All change forms must be received PRIOR TO PAYMENT. Please inform us of any changes prior to sending the payment.

All entities should file a tax return unless they have obtained a legal opinion to the effect that the entity is not required to file. Income tax returns should be prepared by a Certified Public Accountant. If you do not have one, R&S can recommend one to you.

FAVOR TENER EN CUENTA QUE LA INFORMACION DE LA CUENTA BANCARIA HA CAMBIADO. LA INFORMACION ACTUAL FIGURA EN LA FACTURA.

En el evento que tenga cambios de Oficiales (Presidente, Secretario etc.) /Directores o Gerentes/Miembros de la entidad, por favor de usar la forma adjunta y enviárnosla por correo a corpchanges@rsmiami.com o directamente al abogado de R&S que maneja sus asuntos para que podamos preparar las actas correspondientes. En caso de haber cambios el formulario con los cambios se deberá recibir ANTES DEL RECIBO DEL PAGO.

Toda entidad debe presentar una declaración de impuestos a menos que haya obtenido una opinión legal que sostenga que no es necesario presentarla. Las declaraciones de impuestos deben ser preparadas por contadores públicos. Si lo necesitan, R&S le puede recomendarles unos.
