DESIGN COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
In 2021, discussions for a much-needed makeover of the main lobby were held. With the installation of the new bollards underway, the reality of this project is rapidly approaching.
The Board of Directors are asking for your help! The Association is seeking 3-5 association members who reside in the building to volunteer for the Design Committee.
The committee will oversee and consult on the lifecycle of this new and exciting project. The ideal committee member has experience or knowledge of Interior Design, Space Planning, Construction, Architecture, Drafting, Floor Plan Drawings, Elevation Drawings and/or Electrical work. Experience and knowledge in these respective areas is not required but will serve of much value as it will facilitate the committee with making sound/cost effective decisions and provide leverage when sourcing vendors and materials.
Committee meetings will be held, at minimum, once a month (in person & video conference). Assistance in creating a vision and road map for this renovation is highly warranted.
Members interested in joining the committee are encouraged (but not required) to submit one of the following:
- Information sheet with your experience and abilities.
- Resume
Please submit one of the documents via email to: NineMgr@APmanagement.net or leave physical copy inside the drop box outside of the management office by Friday, February 14th, 2022.
If you do not wish to submit one of the above-mentioned documents and are still interested in joining, please send an email to NineMgr@APmanagement.net by Friday, February 14th, 2022.
The Board of Directors will select the members and announce those chosen during the next scheduled Board of Directors Meeting.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact Management.
