Professional fees:

As stated in our engagement letter, payment for our services is due upon completion of our work. Your tax return will not be delivered or filed until payment of our fees is received.

Additionally, we cannot file returns if you have pending invoices with us, penalties and interest apply for late filings.

We are always looking for ways to deliver an improved tax filing experience, and we hope that having the convenience and safety of electronic account access will make archiving and retrieving your tax returns easier than ever.
