Why this year (2022) the same is $200?
I do not agee... what is the reason? ... and the info is the same... no one was changed.

Why the extra $200.00 if I already paid for it last year?
Last year I had already paid for them to respond to Economic Substance and in that document it was written that it should be filled in again only if there was
any change in Wond3rful's status. And there was no change. Why am I being charged again for completing this document?

It's the third year you've sent me these emails containing the email sent by arelisn <arelisn@trans-tca.com.pa> and they never arrive at the mailbox
fabio@bewonderful.com.br . I get emails from several other places from usa and latam every year!
If I pay the invoices there at RSMiami, shouldn't you monitor my case and in July even forward the emails coming from the domain @arelisn <arelisn@trans-tca.com.pa> ? I think so!
I know there could be instances where the emails can go to Junk/Spam folders. Please let us know if you have not received the previous emails or if you can check if the emails have been going to another folder other than your inbox. Nonetheless, it is always
our goal that you receive the emails and invoices in a timely manner to avoid any penalties.
No email reached our servers from the @trans-tca.com.pa domain. Our QR Message Report did not detect any incoming emails. Last year when I was personally at RS Miami yes you charged me the fine and threw the emails
that were sent from @trans-tca.com.pa on the table. But you have NEVER forwarded any emails, not even just in case. The fact that there is no response, neither read confirmation nor payment, would in itself be an alert and should be understood as a need to
forward via the @rsmiami.com domain. For precaution.
If you would like to provide an additional email to add to your file, please let me know.
I don't see the need to provide you with another email since what is wrong is the lack of checking if the emails are being received by the customer.
As a final result and in practice I end up being forgotten and when I realize the deadline has passed and I am faced with these late fees.
It's been 3 years in a row that this has happened.
It's a fact! Today there are other means of communication, such as a text message or a message via whatsapp.
That would be the correct one and I suggest that this be implemented.
