We would like to remind you that any future meeting between the Board and owners needs to be open to the participation of all owners.
No sidebar meetings should be permitted.
Additionally, we request that all future Board Meetings include a tele/video-conferencing ability.
This would allow for the participation of all owners, even the ones who are not physically present at the property at the time of the meeting.
Your action on these matters would provide reassurance that the Board indeed cares about the voices of the owners.
