Hello Nayomi and Members of the Board,

As referenced in the previous email from Nine Owners Group, no sidebar meetings between owners and the Board of Directors should be occurring.

I am troubled that the Board continues with the practice of avoiding transparency and singling out owners in private meetings. Your request for this meeting gives the appearance of no democracy and due process to which all owners are entitled.

Therefore, I respectfully decline.
