I hope this e mail finds you well. Based on the conversation we had last week at the R&S International Law Group, LLP offices, we would like to do a brief summary:
1. For the 2022 annual maintenance fee of the company Wonderful Investments Inc, there is still an outstanding balance of $ 100 which must be paid. (See attached statement)
2. The 2023 annual maintenance fee for the company Wonderful Investments Inc is still unpaid. You have a deadline to pay it without any penalty until November 25, 2023 at the latest. Please note that if the annuity is not paid on time,
we will not be responsible for any penalties. (See attached invoice)
3. The company Wonderful Investments Inc is active and with its Economic Substance report up to date, but the invoice for this requirement of $ 300 is still owed which must be paid to proceed with any transfer of the company. (See attached
invoice)
4. As expressed in the meeting, we understand your dissatisfaction with the service that TCA Overseas has provided you, which is why we are informed of your willingness to transfer the BVI company to a new Registered Agent. This is a process
that takes a while so we ask you to inform us in writing, the name and contact of the new Agent who will receive the company. It is important that you confirm with them the costs and steps of the transfer and start this process as soon as possible.
As we have been able to satisfy you with our service it is best that you obtain a new provider as soon as possible. TCA will not continue providing the service of Registered Agent to the company in question, so we ask you to expedite
the transfer procedures.
