 We are pleased to announce, on March 28^th, the Board of Directors adopted the Rules & Regulations that were mailed to the membership on May 14, 2024.  Attached are the approved set of Rules & Regulations for your convenience. Please ensure that you are well versed on them so that you can avoid being fined. Also, we encourage all owners have their tenants, visitors, and guests familiarize themselves as they are ultimately your responsibility.   The Association will add these Rules and Regulations to the tenant and resale applications going forward. We need your help in creating a harmonious shared ownership community. The Board of Directors would like all owners to know the Rules & Regulations Committee will be the ones collecting any input or suggestions.   In turn they will make their recommendations to the Board of Director collectively as a committee.  Your input is important to us.  The direct contact information for the committee is nine-rr-committee@googlegroups.com . _________________________________________________________________________________________________
Nos complace anunciar que, el 28 de marzo, la Junta Directiva adoptó las Reglas y Regulaciones que se enviaron por correo a los miembros el 14 de mayo de 2024.  Se adjunta el conjunto aprobado de Reglas y Regulaciones para su conveniencia. 
Asegúrese de estar bien versado en ellos para que pueda evitar ser multado. Además, animamos a todos los propietarios a que sus inquilinos, visitantes e invitados se familiaricen, ya que, en última instancia, son su responsabilidad.   La Asociación agregará estas Reglas y Regulaciones a las solicitudes de inquilinos y reventa en el futuro. Necesitamos su ayuda para crear una comunidad armoniosa de propiedad compartida.
A la Junta Directiva le gustaría que todos los propietarios supieran que el Comité de Reglas y Regulaciones será el que recoja cualquier aporte o sugerencia.   A su vez, harán sus recomendaciones a la Junta Directiva de forma colectiva como comité.  Su opinión es importante para nosotros.  La información de contacto directo del comité es nine-rr-committee@googlegroups.com .
