Espero que esteja tudo bem com vocês!
Eu não lembro se eu cheguei a comentar quando nos reunimos aqui no escritório que a empresa de BVI também precisa fazer um formulário novo este ano chamado de “Accounting Record”. Trata-se de uma planilha simples informando a situação financeira da empresa “com precisão razoável”. Este novo formulário de “Accounting Record” deveria ser feito com a ajuda de um contador (muitos contadores já estão a par desta nova lei, e eu sei que a Jessica está a par!). Segue em anexo um exemplo do formulário. Ele é devido até dia 30 de Setembro (precisa submeter antes desta data!) sob pena de multa de $5,000.00. Então estou pedindo aos clientes que façam o mesmo o quanto antes possível para que possamos cumprir com este novo requerimento em tempo hábil.

Espero que estejas aproveitando as férias!
Sem problema, não tem necessidade de vir pra assinar nada porque a empresa da Florida não requer assinaturas para mudar o agente registrado, é tudo feito online. Como tenho teu e-mail autorizando que eu o faça, isso basta.
E sim, pode deixar o cheque com tua filha e quando ela puder ela passa aqui no escritório pra entregar (deixa meu contato com ela!).
Sobre o valor da anuidade, é de $600.00, porem preciso mencionar que este ano tem uma nova lei federal (EUA - https://www.fincen.gov/news/news-releases/us-beneficial-ownership-information-registry-now-accepting-reports ) que exige um formulário extra informando quem são os proprietários da empresa. O Governo esta preocupado com crimes fiscais como lavagem de dinheiro. Como eu terei que fazer formulário pelos clientes eu estou adicionando $200.00 na fatura para pagar pelo tempo que eu vou precisar dedicar a cada empresa. Assim o total da fatura será de $800.00. Eu enviarei a fatura esta tarde, estou no processo de fazer as mesmas no meu sistema.
Infelizmente temos cada vez mais burocracia por causa de pessoas que não cumprem com as leis existentes... Obrigada!
