I wanted to inform you that I will be leaving VUMI Group as of this Friday, September 13. Therefore, I am writing to ensure a smooth transition of our partnership.

I am copying our VP of Marketing, Constanza Traub, who will continue to approve all proposals and process all invoice’s payments.

I’m also tying Juliana Camargo, who has been working with Renata daily, to confirm that she will continue to be your point of contact involving the management of ongoing projects. Both will be your points of contact from now on.

Please confirm that the only upcoming projects we have on the pipeline/pending are:

Storage of materials - Renewal	No invoice generated yet	Renewal happens every 6 months. I believe the next renewal is approaching soon. Note: please include a list of all materials in the storage along with the invoice.

Also, I’ve been recently notified that the following pending invoices from past projects have been sent out for payment:
