Mesmo que não tenha nenhuma movimentação na empresa BVI, ela é 100% proprietária da empresa da Florida que tem um imóvel e conta em banco. Assim, precisa refletir no formulário estes bens. A Jessica e o time dela estão familiarizados com este requerimento, ela com certeza vai ajudar vocês. Apenas não percam tempo porque hoje já é dia 16. Preciso submeter este formulário junto aos advogados em BVI assim que possível para não termos atrasos e correr risco de pagar esta multa pesada. Segue novamente em anexo o formulário. A nossa BVI empresa Wond3rful Investments não possui conta em banco, nem movimentação financeira, nem cartão de crédito ou dédito e nem opera fiscal e financeiramente

tanto em território BVI quanto em qualquer outro território americano ou brasileiro ou outro que seja.

 

Nesse caso ela somente possui as quotas da empresa America na Florida a Harbour 7 Investments.

Essa empresa a Harbout 7 nós já prestamos contas com o IRS e está tudo direitinho.

 

Sob meu ponto de vista e abrangência fiscal, o único campo a ser preenchido no formulário é o Asset Total que a Wond3rful BVI possui que é o Asset Total da Harbour 7.

Não consigo entender o motivo da BVI querer saber de detalhes operacionais da HArbour7 já que isso é jurisdição da Flórida USA.

 

Novamente, a Wond3rful não possui movimentação financeira alguma em lugar qualquer.

Então não tenho números para colocar nesse formulário que a BVI pede. Somente o total do Patrimõnio que é o total da HArbour 7, total das quotas.

 

Desejo ter conseguido me explicar e agradeço aí o tempo de sua atenção.

Eu não lembro se eu cheguei a comentar quando nos reunimos aqui no escritório que a empresa de BVI também precisa fazer um formulário novo este ano chamado de ?Accounting Record?. Trata-se de uma planilha simples informando a situação financeira da empresa ?com precisão razoável?. Este novo formulário de ?Accounting Record? deveria ser feito com a ajuda de um contador (muitos contadores já estão a par desta nova lei, e eu sei que a Jessica está a par!). Segue em anexo um exemplo do formulário. Ele é devido até dia 30 de Setembro (precisa submeter antes desta data!) sob pena de multa de $5,000.00. Então estou pedindo aos clientes que façam o mesmo o quanto antes possível para que possamos cumprir com este novo requerimento em tempo hábil.

Sobre o valor da anuidade, é de $600.00, porem preciso mencionar que este ano tem uma nova lei federal (EUA - https://www.fincen.gov/news/news-releases/us-beneficial-ownership-information-registry-now-accepting-reports ) que exige um formulário extra informando quem são os proprietários da empresa. O Governo esta preocupado com crimes fiscais como lavagem de dinheiro. Como eu terei que fazer formulário pelos clientes eu estou adicionando $200.00 na fatura para pagar pelo tempo que eu vou precisar dedicar a cada empresa. Assim o total da fatura será de $800.00. Eu enviarei a fatura esta tarde, estou no processo de fazer as mesmas no meu sistema.

Infelizmente temos cada vez mais burocracia por causa de pessoas que não cumprem com as leis existentes... Obrigada!
