I?ve already sent two emails to Bryan (9 Manager), but he isn?t replying!

Could you call him today after lunch and ask him to revise the fire alarm letter for unit 1203 to include the paragraph below, as requested by the insurance broker?


?The unit located at 999 SW 1st Ave #1203, Miami, FL 33130 is fully equipped with centrally monitored fire alarms and sprinklers within the unit itself?


The insurance company will only apply the discount once the letter is approved; in the meantime, we are losing out on the pro-rata value of that discount.

Could you please provide a new fire alarm letter that includes the following statement?
