owntown West Palm Beach as a walkable, design-forward neighborhood rooted i=

gined a collection of historic warehouses along North Railroad Avenue into =
a vibrant mixed-use destination spanning more than 100,000 square feet of r=
etail and over 55,000 square feet of second-floor creative office space. Wi=
th an emphasis on food and beverage, boutique fitness and wellness, and tho=
ughtfully curated lifestyle retail, Nora has quickly emerged as a hub for b=

t, that your resolutions are still going strong, and that your holidays wer=
e filled with plenty of cheer. As for me, I spent our break with my husband=
; our two little girls (ages 2 years and 4 months); our 100-pound Rhodesian=
 Ridgeback; our 12 chickens; and our Greek and Italian parents, siblings, n=
ieces, and nephews. We hosted Christmas Eve with a traditional Seven (more =
like ten) Fishes dinner for our crew of 27. It was delicious, chaotic, and =
exhausting=E2=80=94exactly as we expected. By the way, I=E2=80=99m Gabriell=
e Kolevris-Roots, Levy=E2=80=99s Managing Partner. I=E2=80=99ve been part o=
f this team for 13 years now. From five to thirty, I=E2=80=99ve experienced=
 every phase of our journey: every growth and loss, every success and failu=
re, every marriage, breakup, and new addition. Along the way, I=E2=80=99ve =
made lifelong friends and feel incredibly fortunate to do this work alongsi=
de some of the best people in our field. My day-to-day at Levy varies drast=
ically. You can often find me conceptualizing and executing client events a=
longside our Events & Partnerships Manager, Sarah. Real estate groundbreaki=
ngs are my favorite=E2=80=94there=E2=80=99s nothing quite like transforming=
 a raw construction site into something beautiful and visionary for our cli=
