Hi Ana,
I am writing to confirm that the items to compose the Convention Kits are already with our local partner agency in Brazil – waiting for further instructions from our end.
In order to get the set up started, could you please help us with the following information:
- When do we expect to receive the boxes in our Miami offices? Remember we need to ship them to Brazil!
This Friday, April 26, hopefully
- When are we planning to start sending the Kits?
May 6
- What is the utmost deadline for participants to receive the Kits?
May 30
- Can you please send us a picture of each Kit (Convention and Summit) for them to replicate what it should look like?
Sure. As soon as we receive the boxes we’ll send you a picture of each type
