Chicas,
Abajo les comparto la dirección de entrega de las cajas para el montaje de los kits de Convención en Brasil.
Algunos puntos importantes:
- Creo que la descripción del produto tenga que ser documentos, o libros...
@Juliana va a chequear cual la mejor descripción para que no se paguen las altas tarifas de aduana (como ha passado el año passado).
@Neikelly pls atención a esto, coordinalo con Juli
- De acuerdo con lo conversado con Ana esta mañana, estamos a espera de las cajas oficiales que deben llegar a Miami mañana por la tarde.
Les pido que por favor, tan pronto como lleguen, ya empecemos el tramite de enviarselas a Brasil para cumplir con los plazos.
- En caso de que no lleguen las cajas oficiales, por favor proceder con el envio de las cajas Plan B, que ya están en la oficina,
este viernes.
Una vez que las cajas lleguen a Brasil, nosotras por parte del equipo de Brasil nos encargamos de coordinar las entregas con la agencia de apoyo local.
Cualquier duda me avisan y mil gracias por el apoyo!

Per our conversations last Friday, we should ship a Bag to Brazil with Karina, with the VIP Travel Kits (TUMI & MOPHIE articles) and some of the articles of the Convention Travel Kit (Samsonite Travel pillow).
I have left apart in the Marketing room these articles according to the list attached:
- 8 TUMI
- 8 MOPHIE
- 32 Travel pillows
Please put in the baggage all the TUMI & MOPHIE, and let me know how many Travel pillows do you think we could ship this time.
We Will ship the boxes as son as we received them.
Travel Kits will not be delivered until second half of May, simultaneously in other countries.
