https://portal.connectresident.com .  This database is for all residents!  Depending on the resident type, certain information may be limited.  Owners can review their account balances, make maintenance payments, set up autopay, instructions on how to obtain the Association Insurance Certificated for lenders, submit Architectural Modification Requests, Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations, and much more.

Nos complace anunciar el lanzamiento de la nueva base de datos de residentes de la Asociación.  El enlace para registrarse es https://portal.connectresident.com.  ¡Esta base de datos es para todos los residentes!  Dependiendo del tipo de residente, cierta información puede ser limitada.  Los propietarios pueden revisar los saldos de sus cuentas, realizar pagos de mantenimiento, configurar el pago automático, instrucciones sobre cómo obtener el Certificado de Seguro de Asociación para prestamistas, enviar solicitudes de modificación arquitectónica, documentos rectores, reglas y regulaciones, y mucho más.
