The association duly adopted a Board Resolution authorizing Electronic Voting and Electronic Notices for all consenting owners. This will allow the Association to conduct elections and other membership votes through an internet-based online voting system. Receiving official notices by e-mail and voting online increases ownership participation, provides convenience for owners and will also save the Association thousands of dollars in printing and mailing costs per year. 

As such, we strongly suggest yourparticipation by filling out, signing, and returning the attached Consent Form to management. The Consent Form is required for any official membership votes and the annual election. A member's consent to online voting is valid until the member opts out of online voting.

If you don’t wish to consent and participate in electronic voting, you will only be able to use the portal to access association information and take part only in informal surveys that the Association may have from time to time, but you will NOT be permitted to vote electronically (for the annual elections, amendments to documents, etc). You will only be able to submit your votes via regular mail (USPS, FedEx, etc) as in previous years.

All units owned by a corporation, partnership, trust or limited liability companymustalso fill out and return a second document, the Voting Certificate, to designate in writing the specific individual and e-mail that will be authorized to cast the vote on behalf the unit. The same individual that is indicated in this Voting Certificate must be the individual signing the Consent form. PLEASE PRINT ALL THE INFORMATION LEGIBLY TO EXPEDITE PROCESSING. 

Both the Consent Form and Voting Certificate are attached for your convenience.

La asociación adoptó debidamente una Resolución de la Junta Directiva que autoriza el Voto Electrónico y las Notificaciones Electrónicas para todos los propietarios que den su consentimiento. Esto permitirá a la Asociación llevar a cabo elecciones y otras votaciones de miembros a través de un sistema de votación en línea basado en al Internet. recibir avisos oficiales por correo electrónico y votar en línea aumenta la participación de los propietarios. Proporciona comodidad para los propietarios y también ahorrará a la Asociación miles de dólares en costos de impresión y envío por año. 

Como tal, le sugerimos encarecidamente que participe completando, firmando y devolviendo el Formulario de consentimiento adjunto a la gerencia. El Formulario de Consentimiento es necesario para cualquier votación oficial de membresía y la elección anual. El consentimiento de un miembro para votar en línea es válido hasta que el miembro opte por no participar en la votación en línea.

Si no desea dar su consentimiento y participar en la votación electrónica, solo podrá utilizar el portal para acceder a la información de la asociación y participar solo en las encuestas informales que la Asociación pueda tener de vez en cuando, pero NO se le permitirá votar electrónicamente (para las elecciones anuales, enmiendas a los documentos, etc ). Solo podrá enviar sus votos por correo (USPS, FedEx, etc.) como en años anteriores.

Todas las unidades propiedad de una corporación, sociedad, fideicomiso o compañía de responsabilidad limitada también deben completar y devolver un segundo documento, y el Certificado de Votación, para designar por escrito a la persona específica y al correo electrónico que estará autorizado para emitir el voto en nombre de la unidad. La misma persona que se indica en este Certificado de Votación debe ser la persona que firma el formulario de Consentimiento. IMPRIMA TODA LA INFORMACIÓN DE MANERA LEGIBLE PARA ACELERAR EL PROCESO. 

Tanto el Formulario de Consentimiento como el Certificado de Votación se adjuntan para su comodidad.
