The association adopted a board resolution authorizing electronic voting and electronic notices for all “consenting” members. Receiving notices by email and voting online not only provides convenience for members but will also save the association thousands of dollars in printing and mailing costs per year. As such, we strongly recommend your participation by filling out, signing, and returning the attached “Consent” form to management. Even if you don’t wish to “consent,” you can still use the portal to access association information and take part in Surveys, but you will not be permitted to vote on ballots electronically (annual elections, amendments to documents, etc.). For your convenience, a hard copy of this document is available at the front desk. 

Additionally, you will need to register on the voting portal. If you have not registered previously, you will receive an email invitation to do so by the end of the day.

La junta directiva de la asociación adoptó una resolución que autoriza la votación electrónica y las notificaciones electrónicas para todos los miembros que lo "consientan". Recibir notificaciones por correo electrónico y votar en línea no solo proporciona conveniencia para los miembros, sino que también ahorrará a la asociación miles de dólares en costos de impresión y envío cada año. Por lo tanto, recomendamos encarecidamente su participación completando, firmando y devolviendo el formulario de "Consentimiento" adjunto a la administración. Incluso si no desea "consentir", aún puede usar el portal para acceder a la información de la asociación y participar en encuestas, pero no podrá votar electrónicamente en las boletas (elecciones anuales, enmiendas a documentos, etc.).
