We experienced an issue with Kiosk A in Parcel Pending, and we must reset this kiosk and removed the packages.

If you receive a message from Parcel Pending indicating that your package was in Kiosk A, please stop by the management office during business hours to pick it up. Otherwise, we will contact the affected residents tomorrow to arrange for package pickup at the office.

Please note that we only have packages from Kiosk A at the office at this time.

Tuvimos un problema con el Kiosco A de Parcel Pending y tubimos que reiniciar este kiosco y retirar los paquetes.

Si recibe un mensaje de Parcel Pending indicando que su paquete estaba en el Kiosco A, por favor pase por la oficina de administración durante el horario laboral para recogerlo. De lo contrario, contactaremos a los residentes afectados mañana para coordinar la recogida del paquete en la oficina.

Tenga en cuenta que en este momento solo tenemos los paquetes del Kiosco A en la oficina.
