Description:
What are we changing?

The IBM Cloud Infrastructure Team will be performing regularly scheduled system maintenance on internal components of the provisioning system from 12:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC on 11/6/2021.
Why are we making the change?
=============================
With these changes IBM Cloud Infrastructure will be more secure against vulnerabilities and the provisioning system will be more resilient in the case of unexpected component failures.
How will it impact the customer?
================================
During the maintenance we do not expect any system downtime, and API calls or access to the Cloud portal should operate normally. However, some operations may experience greater than average execution latency. Systems will return to normal function after the maintenance is complete. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
What actions can the customer take to avoid a disruption?
========================================================
If highly time sensitive provisions or reloads must be performed during the maintenance window, customers should pre-provision these resources prior to the maintenance window and hold them cached for use during the maintenance window to avoid any delays
